use it in coc as usual, and check my mails and was signed in playstore.
But later when i went to

again warning so i tried to login and use my password but i was redirected to

Need help recovering google account
Hi,
My
google account was taken over by a hacker on 10/21/16. Unfortunately I did not
have 2 step verification enabled. The hacker changed my recovery email and
phone numbers, so the password reset process was not successful. I submitted
the Account Recovery Form probably half a dozen times, each time filling up the
text box with as much information as I could think of, but each time I got a
reply "Unfortunately, based on the information you
provided, we were unable to verify that you own courtneyamor@".
(As an aside, it's frustrating that they do not give any guidance on what
information would help them verify ownership).
I
have had this account for about 10 years, and everything is linked to it,
including paid features like google wallet and play store. I contacted play
store phone help and they directed me to fill out the account disabled form,
which I did. Three days later I got this message:
"Hello Google user,
Thank you
for contacting us about being unable to access your Google account. We've
looked into your account and confirmed that it is still active, so you
should be able to log in normally.
Please try
logging again. If you can’t remember your password use this form and
select “I don’t know my password”. If you can't remember your username, but
still have access to the email address you used to create your account, you can
regain access to your account by selecting "I don't know my
username."

Obviously
I can't log in normally because I don't know the hacker's password. The
password reset form just takes me through the Account Recovery Form again. I
feel like I'm running in an infinite loop.

clarification or action done from they side to help, although i submitted the
